This policy covers the SideHustle mobile app, online game, SideHustle LIVE websites, player rooms, and creator-content submission tools operated by Side Hustle Games LLC (collectively, the "Services").

Mobile App and Player Data

Player information. When you claim or update a Player ID, we may collect your Player ID, display handle, email address, creator or social tags, self-entered city, and profile details. A profile photo selected in the current mobile app stays on the device unless a future screen clearly asks you to upload it.

Game information. We may collect card combinations, round duration, scores, votes, streaks, creative-juice totals, room code, round number, room role, and gameplay events needed to operate, secure, and improve the Services.

Recorded content. Camera and microphone access is used to record a pitch only after you grant permission. Unsent recordings remain on your device. We receive a video, caption, cards, creator tags, consent version, and related round metadata only when you choose Private Rep or Submit Highlight.

Private Reps and Highlights

A Private Rep is stored for your player history and is not submitted for public promotional use. A Highlight enters our review queue only after you confirm the highlight consent prompt. Highlight consent allows SideHustle to review, edit, caption, tag, distribute, and use that submission in social, web, show, and promotional content. Submitting a clip does not guarantee publication.

Service Providers and Sharing

We do not sell or rent personal information. We may share information with vendors that provide hosting, storage, database, upload, analytics, email, payment, review, and publishing infrastructure, and with professional advisers or authorities when required by law. These providers may use the information only to provide services to us or as otherwise disclosed to you.

Retention, Deletion, and Consent

We retain Player information and submitted content while your account is active or as needed to provide the Services, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations. You can initiate Player-account deletion inside the app. Deletion removes the matching Player record and associated queued reps from our active systems unless retention is legally required. Limited backup copies may remain temporarily until routine backup expiration.

You can stop a recording before submission, choose not to submit it, submit it as a Private Rep, or separately consent to Highlight review. To withdraw future promotional use, request access, correct information, or ask a privacy question, contact team@playsidehustle.com. Withdrawal does not require us to recall content already lawfully published before the request, but we will evaluate reasonable removal requests.

Children

The mobile app is intended for people age 13 and older. A parent, guardian, teacher, or authorized organizer should supervise minors and obtain any permissions required for recording, room participation, or content submission.

Security and International Use

We use HTTPS and reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards. No internet service is completely secure. Information may be processed in the United States and other locations where our service providers operate.

This notice describes what information the Services collect, how it is used and shared, the safeguards we apply, and the choices available to you.

Information Collection, Use, and Sharing

In addition to the app and player information described above, we collect information you voluntarily provide through event registration, purchases, forms, email, and support requests, plus standard technical logs needed to operate and secure the Services.

We use this information to provide the requested service, respond to you, operate events and purchases, prevent abuse, and improve reliability. We share it only as described in this policy, with your direction, or when required by law.

We may contact you about product or event updates when you separately consent or where permitted by law. You can unsubscribe from marketing email at any time.

Your Access to and Control Over Information

You may opt out of any future contacts from us at any time. You can do the following at any time by contacting us via the email address, Facebook Messenger or phone number given on our website:

• See what data we have about you, if any.
• Change/correct any data we have about you.
• Have us delete any data we have about you.
• Express any concern you have about our use of your data.

Security

We take precautions to protect your information. When you submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and offline.

Wherever we collect sensitive information (such as credit card data), that information is encrypted and transmitted to us in a secure way. You can verify this by looking for a lock icon in the address bar and looking for "https" at the beginning of the address of the Web page.

While we use encryption to protect sensitive information transmitted online, we also protect your information offline. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, billing or customer service) are granted access to personally identifiable information. The computers/servers in which we store personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment.

Registration

You can try the game without claiming a Player ID. Claiming a Player ID is required for account history and content submission. The app explains the requested profile fields and provides account deletion from Profile.

Orders

We request information from you on our order form. To buy from us, you must provide contact information (like name and shipping address) and financial information (like credit card number, expiration date). This information is used for billing purposes and to fill your orders. If we have trouble processing an order, we'll use this information to contact you.

We use an outside shipping company to ship orders, and a credit card processing company to bill users for goods and services. These companies do not retain, share, store or use personally identifiable information for any secondary purposes beyond filling your order.
